Stalls - Where, What, How, Why

Hello,

Was wondering on older servers how many stalls have been added to Boston.

Where is the location for these new stalls, do they continue along the beach by the pier or is there an entirely new area for them?

What is the reasoning for limited stalls on a server and are there plans for this to change? It seems once the declaiming build came out there are players on newer servers (Roanoke / Jamestown) with tens of thousands of silver who are able to literally buy out all the new stalls and hold them ransom.

How do you go about transferring owners of a stall? Let's say I was going to purchase one from a player for a large sum. What would this sum be (3-4x the purchase price or more?) How would you go about transferring this stall on payment?

Is there a way to find out the owners of a stall? What is the economy like on the older server (Plymouth) with the stall system, are the wealthy the ones with stalls only or is it feasible to create a trading business thru forums/in game reputation.

Thank you.

You can count yourself how many new stalls are in boston (older server: plymouth), they are at the 4 trade barrels.

I think more stalls will come in future, the citiez are big enough.

I think the only way to transfer a stall is to not pay the rent anymore, and the other one buys it. But that means u have to be online 24/7 xD But dunno rlly. But stalls are transferable from a dead character, if same account makes a new character.

On the stalls itself it isnt written who is the owner. You must find and ask the Owners self. Trading Business in Forums are always nice, especially for mass sales.

Your welcome. xD

Some good questions. Ransoming stalls could be a real danger. Perhaps some kind of board could have notifications when a stall is near running out, and an auction could be held for the new stall...

You can easily trade stalls. There is an 'abandon stall' option, so the current owner would just have to click the button and then the new owner would be able to purchase the stall right away.

I know someone who had a stall that was murdered. She made a new alt to inherit the stall, so she didn't lose stock or silver.
