knock down and can't get up

Hi all,
I have a big problem, I needed to cross the ground of somebody because it to block me the road but now I am to stuck inside, i am "knock down" I think that the green bar is the cause, it is at 0.
If you have a solution please answer me

you were committing a criminal act and are now KO for 24 hours, killed or they can send you to your homestead.

If it makes you feel any better, I did.
Also being knocked out for 24 hours and potentially killed is bad enough, but you really shouldn't be trespassing just to get to the other side or whatever, leaving a criminal scent can get you hunted down by angry mobs with pitchforks.

Get a claim. If he saves his free teleport from boston he can use that to teleport to you.
