I guess you have to use ender client and use the flattening tool. Hit ctrl + l to ativate the tool.

just i use dig.. :/ it's impossible I use customer base
all his other client too old

ctrl+dig action should help you flatten single tiles. If you work hard enough eventually you can get everything flat. Works on plain client too.
