Short answer: you can't

Long answer: You would have to buy one. But all are taken, and the chance that any of them will be freed is very slim

I really hope there will be an option to sell stuff to the stalls aswell.

Yeah that doesn't seem right. Only about half the stalls actually sell anything. So people buy the stalls and sit on them to drive market prices up?

Hm. There are plenty of ways the devs could fix this.

they should rent the stall's slots individually, and make them very expensive

The problem is not all the stalls are used and not all of them efficiently. Often after selling items that other people were willing to buy people just put a collection of expensive items with high prices and wait like rattler serum or high end clothes.

IMHO it would be better if there was no tax on every item sold but simply the upkeep would be much higher , lets say at least 1k silver a week. Also the idea to rent stall slots instead of whole stalls has merit.
