Posted: Thu Aug 16, 2012 7:31 pmIts been changed, I used to be able to make them before the last patch and I had tanning+sewing. I'm guessing you need seamanship now to make them.

Posted: Fri Aug 17, 2012 3:51 amI have to disregard in that. While i can't affirm that, i'm sure they now require turkey feathers, since the turkey patch, i lost the craft recipe for the hats that had a feather on them..

Posted: Fri Aug 17, 2012 1:10 pmJust got laces and fancywork and I am now able to make a tricorne. Can confirm as well that now you need 3 leather and 1 turkey feather to make one.
