Just remember you don't get a refund if you remove your old claim.

Can I have 2 stake claims at once?

Is it necessary to declaim an old one before building new?

I built 2nd stake without declaiming 1st and now I am locked on 2nd stake which tells me that the land is owned by someone (me apparently). Kinda paranoid)

Did you buy it on the character that placed it? If not, it'll be in the purchaser's name.

You can have many claims on the same character, but the permissions for new claims are blank when you first place it. You may need to use the character who purchased the deed from the NPC stall to go to the marker and change the permissions for w/e color your other characters are in your kin list.

maybe they shouldn't allow that item to be sold by player's shop, it's a good way to grief new players, I'd probably have bought it too if it was cheaper... a good warning to be added to stake claim's wiki page

ok, but wouldn't it be nicer to make a mistake impossible to happen?

unless there's something useful in re-selling stake claims, I'm probably missing it
