Anyone got any ideas what kind of biles one should use for a pvp alt?

All of them.

Blood works as health.
YB improves your damage aginst players
Phlegm imporves your damage against walls and other structures
Black bile increases the time you can spend on someone's claim

pretty much everything
but i'd say around
60 Phlegm depends how much you're running.
100+ Health
100+ Yellow bile
100 Black if you are going to raid stuff from claims, otherwise around 50.

min: 100/100/100/100

wanted: 150+/150+/150+/150+

Some still run with lower humorous on their pvp chars but i wouldn't advice it
(speaking about plymouth, no clue about other servs)
