how to get dried skins back to town?

I recently acquired some rattlesnake dried skins and I have some rabbit skins drying, my question is.. since my settlement is like probably 3 hours away from town? i think? not sure... how do I get these items back without walking for that amount of time so I can sell them??

Build a leanto at your settlement. Right click on it and choose it as your homestead. You can teleport between Boston (main Town) and your homestead with stuff in your inventory through the travel buttons under Adventure button.
