Do braziers on vclaims share aggression, eg if 2 crimes are committed on a vclaim, do all braziers on that vclaim attack?

Now this is not neccessarily true, if the vclaim has pclaims on it the pclaims will supercede the vclaim for turrets? Is that right??

Is what you are asking that, if one of the pclaims thinks that the action done on another area of the vclaim wouldn't have been a crime on that pclaim, then it doesn't participate in the attack (for instance, if I steal from my neighbor, my braziers won't attack me)?

I have another question, if i have a vclaim, is there a reason for also having a pclaim or is the vclaim good enough?
