Cabbage seed question

Whenever i harvest cabbages i get some cabbage and a seed stalk, it seems i always get 20 seeds from the seed stalks. Is there a way to get more seeds from one crop, does plenty effect it?

Nope. You always get 1 seed stalk from cabbage.
