So after being on Jamestown for a few weeks, ive noticed we have been by a barrier that stops you from moving though it, the terrain still exists. Resources still spawn, but you couldn't go past a certain point. Today I noticed by accident the barrier is lifted. Any insight?

It happens with every server. We don't know why, but we've also never asked the devs why it happens either to my best knowledge.
