HELP PLEASE! K'OED WON'T GET UP LOST ALL PROFICIENCIES

So here's the thing: I got killed so I made a new character, joined an existing settlement, everything was going great. Was hunting some crickets, got too low on HP and it k'oed me while the owner of my settlement was offline. I walked around trying to get off the property, locked gates, k'oed inside. Now I have a stupid crime debuff and when my char gets sent home (WHERE HE IS) He just KO's all over again. Not trespassing anymore since the owner is online, but also, 0 blackbile. Tried food, tried relogging...
I would certainly appreacite a quick fix for this, thank you. (also, my proficiencies back if possible.)

The claim owner needs to party you. Long term he needs to give you permissions on the claim, but that feature is bugged right now, should be fixed the next time the server goes down.

I guess he could destroy your lean to so you spawn in Boston, but then you'd have to walk back from there, so yeah, best just to wait till the server restart.

Are u serious? Is this rly all the help I will get? This is ridiculous. I don't even have a clue as to what the path from boston is. Are you serious right now? I'm not getting anything back? So I just wasted my time playing so I could get pwnd by a stupid bug and start all over again?

Or you can wait it out, like I said. And yes, I know that it's a bad, irritating bug, but you have to expect some of those if you play a beta game.

How did you get crime debuff in the first place?

Almost sounds like he used his free wilderness port to go to an existing claim, the claim owner never gave him permissions, and then when he respawned after KO from crickets, he couldn't move which would have forced him to turn on criminal acts (unless he already had them on) in order to walk around. If he didn't have permissions, just the act of walking around on the claim he supposedly moved in to would have KO'd him. So it sounds to me like either the guy who invited him to join him either trolled the hell out of him or was just a noob and didn't give him permissions to be on his claim.
