How work tracking exactly?
I found out that I have 10 charges, after the charges are empty (5 Minutes?)
then the arrow was gone, then I just failed or have every track 10 charges?

you need to get more charges from the different criminal acts commited

If its from same Perpetrator, yes. You can also check scents from same Perpetrator if you leftclick one in Inventory and rightclick on another.
