How can i allow my kins to walk on my property?

Hey,

We are three "kins", living in the same area, we all start to have our own claims. We can walk across other's land when we are in the same party (online at the same time), but when the person is offline we can not cross others claims and get blocked. How can we fix that so that we can move free on eachothers land, even if the person is offline?

In your buddy list assign your kin the same color (different from white).
Then use your claim stone (right click), select this color in window that opens, and check permissions you want to give them.
From that moment everyone on your buddy list marked with this color will have those permissions on that claim
