I just came back after 4 years, when I remembered the game. I tried to play my best character and it wont load, do I just have to start over?

your character died, either you logged out without a leanto and your character stayed online or you commited crimes and were killed

Why is it still there though shouldn't it have disappeared like with all permanent death
