Boundry Stone area someone in to my claim. how protect?

How do I have to protect? my area claim for someone boundry stone ?

1.) Have your own town bell.
2.) Have a big pclaim, so that it would be futile to try and ED it.
Having someone elses boundrystones/tclaim on your pclaim is no problem in itself, as pclaim always overrides tclaim,
the only actual threat is that someone could try to ED you pclaim with their town.
