hi bought noob pack, how do i get it?

I bought the noob pack but I didn't put any info about my guys name, I didn't realize this until I saw the receipt and it said no instructions to merchant. Is there a mailbox where I get items? Thanks for any help.

Yes the postmaster is in the main town of either two servers.

Post master is right next to town square where you spawn when teleporting.
