Is it possible to have several cave-downs at the same level ?

And if yes, does they connect to the same level under ?
If yes, how to avoid that to only have 1 down entrance ?

And no, they dont connect to the same level.
I believe i have 3 cave downs on the same level so its not rare.
Well, the deeper you go the harder it is to get a cave down but thats beside the point.
To not have multiple cave downs just dont burn and dig black walls after you get a cavedown.

If you don't want to use a cave-down then simply surround it with boxes or something.
