With a Trial by Fire people will be able to destroy your walls in ~2 days anyway and eventually can break your bell.
After breaking your bell they will need to Eminent Domain your pclaim if you have silver on it (and if they think they need it) and will be costly if the pclaim is large enough.
Otherwise they can break your walls and just steal what they think is most valuable inside your claim, taking 40 of BB damage for every item they steal and having to wait 15 min after they deplete their BB. They can easily steal everything inside a mine, though.
