as Trailmix is not an option anymore can anyone suggest some easy to get food?

We have it too easy now. back in my day we used to spam frikadels and we liked it. There are many snack foods, pick the one you can make the easiest and deal with carrying enough of it as best you can.

If its just for work and learning (ie mostly what you might do on Concord until you get tougher I suppose) then three Virginians is good. Buddies on a branch is a good allrounder, but only half the uses of trailmix I think. Shroom patties over frikadels, but only if you use non poisonous shrooms - the debuff is annoying as it happens even if you boil the damn things sometimes.

Personally, I love frikadels. I make it from leftover meat that I didnt use in gluttony and its super easy to make.
Its my favorite until cabbage cakes.
