Hi again, I want to start by saying you guys have been extremely helpfull, especially Sevenless, in answering all my questions. Here is another one.

I'm finally ready to start crafting leather but i need to start collecting brains. I just learned big game hunting but was wondering how much YB i need to kill deers safely? Also which technique should i use to kill them?

I had 20 humours when I started hunting deers, but most people claim that at 15 humours it's doable.

There is one tactic really - stick to the deer and don't let it go any further than few steps from you. This way you will avoid its charge. It helps if you have saber and thrust attack. If you don'tr then uppercut will have to suffice. Guard as a maneuver should help mitigate damage.

Deer and beaver are ez. get 15-20 blood and yb.

beaver just walk up hit then then run with it till it stops and hit again. It may or maynot start singing and going ***** crazy. if it does run out and stay away until it stop and start hitting it again.

deer is stupid is. walk up hit and then keep walking with it till it stops and repeat.

Unless it's been changed. 1 Thrust to push reel up, then uppercut will outdamage thrust and deplete less YB per hit.
