Can you disconnect Boundry Stones?

Hi

Working on a Town and was wondering if you can disconnect boundary stones from the main connection block area?

Lets say I make a straight line of boundary stones going away from my Town bell, then someone or I break the boundary stones inbetween -- What happens to the boundary stones that are not connected directory to the main town?

Can you continue to work off the disconnected boundary stones and like keep going for expansion ?

Thanks

Is doing something like this considered a exploit?

Nope, go ahead and go for it. You'll have a harder time to defending it, detached like that.

And you'll have to "boundry-stone-creep" there again if the detached part gets destroyed.
