How can i move my char to Plymouth from Roanoke?

You can't yet. Either wait until devs implement such function (could take long and might not be free) or make new char on new server

It won't be "free", but I very much doubt it'll cost money. They were talking about it as a gameplay feature, not just a simple way to change servers if you want. Making that cost real $ would go against their rough design concept I'd think.
It's been neat to see the evolution of a game. Salem has come so far, and still has far to go. Although frustrating, I think it's been an experience worth the effort.
