did i do it right?

ive made some shellfish-traps put some lure in but none of those catched anything what did i do wrong? Image

In case you filled them with something, and they were all empty when you came back, it may be because there is no claim on them, and someone else looted them.

no theres 9 of them i put all bate 2 bates of every one has dissapiered but theres no crabs or crawdads am im super unlucky or i did something worng?

Punctuation would help....

It sounds like you are saying that all 15 slots were filled with bait (tell us which bait you used) and now 2 (TWO) slots are empty.

If what I said is true, then there is no problem. You will not trap shellfish in EVERY slot. You may be lucky to get 5-7 shellfish after all bait has been eaten. Don't be surprised if you get only 2-3.

just try something else, like berries, nuts, meat shreds, reeds, ... you should catch something. if it is indeed on unclaimed area, it can also happen that someone passes by and picks up your shellfish

Also the traps have to be floating in deep water. If they dont show movement they maybe are not set in far enough.
