All char are naked and frozen.
I can't move, can't logout, can't switch chat and only option is just shut windows.
No clue in game what is my status and what to do.

its one of the new dev griefing mechanics to get new players to quit the game welcome to salem!
your frozen you have to make a new toon and have some clothing on with high thermal amount once summer comes around you will thaw out

Make another character give him some beginner cloth you can make with reeds, get the torch skill, make one and free your toons from ice with burning torch. Then go with the naked toons to a house in Providence.

Craft them some cloth, you don't need that high termal value to stay warm in normal areas.
Then make them outside of Providence a new leanto and you are able to logout again.

After this go and read the patchnotes since you was away, maybe there are other gamechanges you missed and that can lead into a permanent death.

To put it gently it is not rational but again, not my game so ...

But really,
char frozen, it can't move or do anything at all, dead, finito, morte absoluto so why in the hell logout and switch blocked?
Really why?
Sure I know work around it, just shut windows but why would you block logout?

FOR ALL OF THE NEWBIES:

Look for the crappy log homes in town, you can enter those without Affluence!!! Just wait in there and you will start to warm up.
