Are the alloying Artifacts working?

alloying is not currently functional until further notice, as the formula appeared to have gone whack at the higher ends of the spectrum.

I believe all the others except for soil digging are working (last I checked soil digging only impacted the speed of digging up bushes - it's been a while since I tried though) as expected.
