I crafted a Savage Charm in my home.
Better to use it or is there a way to get it to Boston?

You can freely travel between Boston and your homestead (be it a lean-to or claim).
Adventure -> travel -> home / Boston
To travel to Boston you must be near your homestead. To travel to your homestead you must be in Boston OR have inventory empty (for emergencies)

Use it if you wand C&D or go to you leanto and teleport to boston. right click on the trade stall with a white roof and hit sell then click the charm. You can also try selling to a player.
