I'd like to know if there is a way to gather more black sand when à sift rubble

I think i've read that debth of the mine does not affect the ammount of the black sand that drops so it leads me to believe that its a set droprate for it.
Tough luck

i'm getting ~1/10 black sand per rubble, very roughly. I'm not aware of any way to boost that.
Just mine/sift more.
