is there a possible way for me to flat this land, if there is i can't see. I really need help right now

You have to remove the 'small' lump of dirt so you can fill the deepest part with more dirt. And just keep on stacking dirt untill you get to the top.
It is easy to flatten, i did way worse.

i know that but can't touch the dirt around the upper edge, can't add dirt or can't remove dirt, cus of that always too steep to dig that 'small' lump of dirt
