Greetings.
I've got 2 questions:
1. Is it possible to build a wall on a pclaim you do not own?
2. Is there, currently, a legit way to pass over a wall or picklock a door?

1. Yes, so long as you have permissions ticked on it by the owner.
2. Nope, you have to break it.

Ok here is my problem.
It makes few days I didn't bother cooking but today I had to and I got few animals in a side of my mine. When I went in the area they weren't here. I went back outside, no wall broken, door needs a key, no players with rights to enter my claim, ...So how could this happen?

Like you had some dead animals just chilling in the open? They eventually decay, if you want to save them store their corpse in a sled or cart or something.

I thought that stocking animals in a mine is a way to avoid their decay...

The only way to store animal corpses is on sled othervise they decay.

That used to be true, was changed though.
Now, as stated, storing them in sleds/carts or leantos is the only option.

No, it's always been this way. Animals in a loaded tile will disappear when they take a decay tick.

You can also store them inside a church. They will not decay there.
