I am sorry to be the bearer of bad news but you are pretty much *****. Having that mark means you made an immortal enemy... Satan won't be pleased at all with you.

I am not deceiving you but i am the one who told you the ugly truth. Kick that beggar in the nuts and become neutral with our Lord again.

It is related to the holiday event and Santa handing out gifts probably. Besides the Devs and people they have informed there is probably no one able to give you an exact information of what it means.
I guess it means you will get a nice gift on the 24/25th, or in case you asked for something they will try to full fill your wish.
