Can anyone explain to me please how to get the hunters pack I already purchased? I purchased it yesterday, and I still don't have it on my guy or in my inventory... is there something I missed? Do I have to do something else to redeem it? It's already been pulled from my account

If you are on providence, talk to the NPC shown in the picture below in the main town.

The postmaster npc in town, hes on the bottom left of towns center when you port in.
