Addon for chat system ie "Not logged in"

I've now run across two peeps with an addon that automatically gives the response "Not logged in" even thought they appear logged in on kin list.

One happened to share that they were managing it. Who they see and who gets the auto shrugg, etc.

Is this acceptable contraventions of the rules or a viable ad-don...and most importantly where can I get a copy of it?!

If you get "Not logged in" that just means that the person is not logged in. The character might be in world, which is what your kin list shows, but its not attached to a client.

What was the the text colour of the "Not logged in" message?

Also if they've been killed it'll show them online but say "Not logged in".
