Citizenship

Hello all,

one quick question. I've recently built my bell on my main and now I'm trying to give citizenship to my alt. I left my alt carrying a bolder and exited the game, then logged in with my main and tried to click him several times with "offer citizenship" but its not working. What am I missing? First I thought it's because my alt didn't have compacts and constitutions but after learning the skill it still didn't work. Could someone give me an idea what I'm doing wrong?

Thank you in advance

Your alt must be in LOS (Line of Sight) of Main to receive the invitation. Your alt can not be a Member of any other town.

You need to be actively logged in on the alt before you can offer citizenship to it.Therefore, it cannot be added while the client is forced and something is preventing you from logging off(Boulder over head) This simply means that you need to be logged in on both characters at the same time.
In your situation however it appears that both characters are on the same account? If so you can:
1)expand a p claim over your entire base and give perms to your alt so the town bell doesn't hinder your alt from doing things
2)Make new account, make new character, give citizenship to new character, give permissions to the new character so that he can offer citizenship and then give perms to your alt while logged in on both accounts.
3)Let a town member add your alt in, ofc this can only be done only if you have a town member
