I was surprised looking at this:
and this:
But I was surprised more looking at my claim because in past it was spread untill water. Now it is trimmed to default and water is occupied by someone's water claim (see pictures above).
How did it happen?

Better check first if that is still your claim.
Also, ask yourself if you paid it in time.

But why? I WAS an owner... Unpaid claim stone could be destroyed but not changed owner.

Chances are someone broke your claim because it was unpaid. Then where your claim used to be they put down their own and some sort of object to cover the waste scent. Then they or someone else made the new claim in the water.
