Player passing out on claim

I passed out away from my claim it emptied my inventory and i spawned back at my claim now every few mins I get up and immediately pass out again, can anyone help?

Also thought i may add that my blood is at zero, it seems to regen and some point and then immediately drops to zero causing a endless loop.

Do you have a bat stuck to your neck?

Can't see any bat in the picture, if it was how do i get rid of it?

Yes i can now confirm its a bat, trying to get rid of it now. Will fences keep it out of my base?

You can stomp it when you drop it, that way it dies and wont attack you again. Can sometimes be tricky though as it flies away before it attach itself to you again if you time the attack wrong
