Disappeared Ability

I can not build shelfish traps after august patch. (I could build it before). I learned new skill "Shellfish Trapping", but i my building menu TRAP still absent. All required skills are learnt: Fishing, Patchwork & Rags, Whittling.

i think there is a bug about this skill, the shellfish traps are not on the Build menu at the moment.
