Perennial Philosophy?

I have recently saw a screenshot where a guy had about 400 Perennial Philosophy and other proficiencies all around 150
Whats the use of this proficiency? any side-effect for some other skills or craft?

Slotting perhaps, but it's a bit overshooting. I guess if you consider that there is another skill called philosophy, and that the other one is called natural, i guess you could call perennial the ... unnatural philosophy >.>

i know about the witchcraft, however he didn't have the skill for damn sure.

Witchcraft skills aren't visible for common pilgrims.

You will not get any answers for witchcraft on here. You will have to contact someone in game and learn from them about it.
