What values of proficiencies needed for this skill? Do I need high level of natural philosophy for that?

High faith and wisdom.

If i was you, i would not worry about that skill for a very long, long time.

But not natural philosophy? Lucky requires a high level of faith and wisdom, law and lore, and natural philosophy. So if all skills in the Lucky lineup require same thing, I first rise natural philosophy to the maximum and get potions bonuses.

You're not even close. To be honest I didn't even know there was a step after Really Lucky, as I am still working on that one

I dont bragging. I am interested on what level of NP I should stop. I not going to increase faith&wisdom and law&lore before i gained a level of natural philosophy enough for ridiculously lucky.
