Questions

Hello I just have a list of question that I cant get a clear answer from wiki or random players in Providence.

1. Can bears murder still? Like after a knockout can it permanently kill my character?

2. Does any creatures including darkness creatures have ability to permanently kill characters?

3. When planting fruit trees how many space requires for each one 1 space or 2 spaces?

4. Is there a way to expedite the rate of the turtles death? 3 months of staring at them is too long. I promise I wont tell PETA.

5. Is there no more skinny pointy nose horses like before? Are we stuck with giant grasshoppers that disappears after couple of hours.

6. Is it normal when riding giant grasshoppers that WASD doesnt work? I mean it does but i have to keep tapping it to have it travel in one direction.

7. Why can we no longer sell cricket team to the npc stalls after the last patch.

Thank you ahead for the help guys. I havent played since BETA couple years ago and after revisiting Im really hook into it again. Really enjoying all the new mechanics except for the mechanic of drying boards. Whoever thought implementing dry boards that takes 5 RL days to dry needs to kicked in the nuts. I mean did i really just cut down a soggy wet tree that it needs to dry when i make planks out of it.

#4: search in the patch logs, you need to feed them something, was flame azalea iirc, or honeysuckle... nerfed in 1.2
#7: probably a bug, like we can't build shellfish traps since last patch

previous info is correct, but I can add this:

#3: fruit trees need a free space around them, normal trees don't
#5: you can still buy horses in the major outposts (providence, limer's front, etc...)

Wait theres an NPC that sell horses? I must have missed that NPC stall. Im search for him then. With livestocks coming in the future will there be permanent mounts then or is livestock only made for gluttoning?

ROFL when animals FINALLY come to Providence there will be an opportunity to make horses one of the 'new' animals that pilgrims can own/breed.

Save your silver.

Breeding stock are likely to be very expensive unless we are gifted just for playing? Toss up.

PS - if you aren't in a secure town I suggest the Providence bank. The tax sucks but you'd still have something no matter what tomorrow.

Geez calm down man. Permanent horses aren't part of the domestic animal patch, or they'd be live in Popham. They'll be part of their own patch.
