Wrangling

Are people on Providence not able to Wrangle one another? If so then is there an object thats actually named Lasso, or am i supposed to use a rope. I'm standing next to my girlfriend like an idiot with my affluence gear... Yes i have the Wrangling skill and i tried the rope on both my left and right hand... not both at the same time though

Pick a rope up and right click another rope to start crafting a lasso. Continue adding more ropes to make the lasso range reach farther.
P.S. You can't wrangle anyone in providence.

Actually I think you can wrangle people out of a canoe in providence.
Not sure if you can also do it when they're on foot though.
