I highly doubt that is the case, sadly.

You will not receive any of the materials/silver back. That is why it is important to plan your placement of pretty much everything out ahead of time.

my problem is as followed - i am still the mayor of an old town (from when i played over a year ago) but i cant get back there so i can renouce my major... how can i build a new bell?

Why can't you get to your old bell?

not set as homestead i am guessing

If you are Truly still mayor than you should have rights to manage permissions/land.

Claim the gated areas and start wiping them out. You won't suffer the same penalties as a true aggressor... at least I think so? Make your way to the Bell and 'renounce it' and/or retake your seat and boot everyone else?

I suppose what you are really saying is that you have no clue where your 'old' town is in relation to Providence town? (Why it's so important to MAP!!!!)

Maybe if you told us it's name... others could help you find it. It's a risk- but you are looking for an out now...are you not? Raiders wiping it out would fit the bill.

Note- I'm not even suggesting- but posting a name on the open forums would give max coverage and maybe somebody has crossed his 'old' borders.
