Possibly walnuts but try other nuts as well since other animals got less picky.

It allows me to gift clovers but there is no stat change after gifting them. No other nuts would allow gifting. Walnuts did work though, they're just a pain to find :/

They will accept all types of treats, but only one will work for a given animal type.
