Possible to remap keys?

I've got a friend interested in getting into Salem. However he does have a bit of a disability with his hand that causes slight paralysis and he has trouble clicking the right mouse button. Would anyone be interested in aiding me in re-mapping the right mouse key by chance? Is it even possible? Thanks!

It should be possible. I remapped my keys to use qwerasd and such instead of numbers.

Try out your google fu but it should be very possible.

Ok, so I guess the better question that would help me in this endeavor would be, what file or what program would get me started on figuring it out? I don't mind googling anything and learning myself, done that many times before. I just at least need to know where to start from.

Oh, well I guess I was more talking about actually creating a private add-on, much like the enders or latakai mod. But I guess I can try and see if that works too. Thanks Moo!...I mean Meow...*runs away*
