Buying silver/other stuff

I am a bit confused, and haven't seen any clarification. If there already is clarification on this matter, please don't flame me, just kindly link it to me, thank you in advance.

Things you buy from the cash shop: Will all of that be refunded when the game releases? (as in, when you start a new character next, he'll still have the silver you bought him during beta) Or is it a purchase that only works during the beta? I know I worded that strangely, I can clarify if nessesary

The things you buy (this was only promised for silver, but I assume it applies to items) would be refunded if there was a world/character wipe. There are zero intentions for a wipe as stated multiple times by loftar.

Going into open beta and then release will not change anything within the worlds. Maybe a new server, but the differences between then and now is really marketing and how many people are allowed to play.

So if you want to buy things, by all means go ahead and do so. You are safe if something on the dev side of things causes the world not to exist.
