Argos not doing anything

Hello,

my friend hunted me 3 FRESH Argopelter Eggs, i put them below Hens in a turkey coop but nothing is happening for over a day?

then apparently they were not 'fresh'. I've noticed before that if I came back from a particularily long hunt, some eggs weren't viable anymore. Argo eggs get the same progress bar as other eggs in the coop.

my friend looted 5 extra for himself but they are hatching, he says maybe because he has a gobbler in it too, just put one in but maybe now there not fresh anymore after 24h..

I have had some that did not show any progress bar for several days and then did...so maybe give some more time. They require a tremendous amount of babysitting to grow to a juvenile though, have to feed whenever hungry not before and if too late they disappear.
