Cannot see images

I just noticed it now, but i can not see any images posted by heffernan for example.
I see some, but others are just shown like image and nothing.
Cant click on it , cant open it in a new tab.
Does anyone has a clue what is preventing me to see them?

Might wanna check your addblockers.
Some will block images from certain sources.

Thank you, but its not an addblocker. I have mine disabled on forums.

That happens to me occasionally. If I drag "Image" up to the tabs bar in my browser, it will open a new tab showing the image.

next time this happens, try ctrl-f5? this force reloads the caches and *may* cause the image to be loaded correctly the next time around.

@OP: are you sure the posts are recent ? Images from certain hosts have a tendency to disappear after a long time of inactivity, showing just the 'image' thumbnail.

Pretty much all the pictures that heff posts in the justice topic are invisible to me.
I see only 'image' , just the word, nothing else.
Really weird and annoying.
