So I found a odd item laying around. called "the precious" odd right? also has golum acting sounds when attempting to pick this up.. any help on how to get?

Obtained while sifting with at least madness level 1.
It will break all your gems in your inventory, so best to drop it in some container (you cant drop it on the floor).

you cannot pick it up with your mouse cursor: you need to shift-click or scroll it into a container (possibly destroying the container afterwards).
