Silly noob here so please bear with me. I just built a canoe recently, and happened to take it for a spin when I saw and Indian feather on the radar so I decided to head to shore and pick it up. Little did I know that the shore I was getting on was claimed. Now I'm stuck and I can't pick up my canoe or leave. I don't have any crime skills learned, so I can't trespass my way out of there. Is there any way I can make it out (hopefully with my canoe!)?

your canoe is likely lost. you should be able to walk around without having crime skills (but this requires toggling the criminal acts, and this WILL leave scents that can be used to track your base).
Next time, try to set the claim visibilities to on (bottom left of the client), this will allow you to easily spot such situations.
