just paid 500 to send someone to stocks im wondering how long it takes for them to appear.
in system it says
[00:58] The courts have already ruled this criminal GUILTY!

You need to click with the evidence on the stocks to put him there.

Think that means they have already been stocked for the day (You can only be stocked once every day).
It's instant so if you don't see them they are either dead, online, or have already been stocked
